Through this company Mrs. Blattner wants to continue to demonstrate her ability to assist attorneys and insurance companies and the clients they represent in providing a strategic nurse partnership in legal medical litigation. Mary Blattner is a Certified Gerontological Nurse with thirty -six years of nursing experience. Since 1987, she has held a wide variety of nursing positions in the hospital setting and in the long-term care setting.
Mary obtained a National Certification as a Director of Nursing in Long Term Care and practiced as a Director of Nursing for twenty-two years. She also has a Nursing Home Administrator License and practiced as a Nursing Home Administrator for six years. Mary also has her RAC-CT (Resident Assessment Coordinator-Certified). The RAC-CT education and certification program has long set the national standard for skilled nursing facility MDS education and Medicare reimbursement education. In her past jobs as Director of Nursing and Nursing Home Administrator, her knowledge of the MDS process has allowed her to use the MDS assessment tool to drive quality of care and quality improvement in the long term care industry.
